SA Post Office Crashing

I run a very small online business from home and send out approx 300 parcels a year. most of these by Insured Parcel Post. For the last 7 years I have used a book (Registered Letter C Slip for the recording of the parcels and\or registered letter that I send. For the last two months these books have been unavailable at the Sonpark Post Office in Nelspruit. So I now use Photo Copies of the parcel slips using my own paper and ink (MY Cost now NOT The Post Office). What is happening to what used to be a World First Class Service???
