SA Post office contact centre disaster/Poor Customer service

I have been trying to call the contact centre since Monday holding on for more than 10 minutes all 5 days, sent email to their customerservice@postoffice no response received. Trying to trace my international parcel the last update was on the 11th of December nothing has been updated since. Not sure what customer service means to them because that is very bad bad customer service
