SA Post Office Complaint

I have been told, since the 22/08 that my package is in transit from JHB International Airport!<br> <br> After calling customer service on the 27th I got told that my package was ready for collection at Germiston Post office since the 24th. Called them, no package found. Then phoned the Germiston Hub and after been hung on on a couple of times, get told that they will check. What does that even mean!!!<br> <br> I know have a package, at the post office, somewhere, and no one can tell me where to collect it! <br> <br> What is going on! The service is seriously not up to scratch and is quite pathetic!
