SA Post Office - CJ***US

On the 14 September 2021 a parcel for me landed from the United States, it passed customs and was delivered to North Riding post office in Johannesburg on 20 September 2021, this was the wrong post office, I was not notified it was there. Without telling the parcel was sent to the central hub on the 21 September 2021, this was the last tracking information I received on the post office app. Bearing in mind it was the post offices mistake sending the parcel to the wrong branch and they didn't even communicate that to me, I could have picked it up from there, my parcel should have been made a priority. The post office communication is poor, service is poor and they cannot even tell you when your parcel will be received at the correct address. The correct address is in Malboro, Sandton. Tracking : CJ***US Please assist, no wonder nobody wants to use the post office I sent an email to customer services, no response. The call center never answered calls , over 30 calls to them. Pathetic.
