I don’t even know where to begin!

Wel there is little but No service and when you get some service, well lets just say that they make you feel that you were the one that made them wait…

I went to the Post Office today to asked them to help me with my post box that have been locked since March 2021 i did renew it in March and only today and after time and time going back to them and asking them to reopen my post box, only today that was done. I also asked them for my mail and the lady said NO i must ask for it back by the companies who send me mail.! How is that possible????

I also stood in the Post Office for 30min waiting and calling (yelling) for help or service but no one came, the office was open the cashiers was emptied out and the phone was plugged out… only after 30min the lady came in to assist us. When i tried to phone the hotline or service centre and holding on for 45min with no success. Where are the service we pay for??? Why do they have a hotline if if not working? Poor poor service and not to even speak about the work attitude of the employees towards the public they need to help and give a service to.!!! What a disgrace
