SA Post Office, can't do, what the rest of the world can do

Have several parcels shipping.. rest of the world works fine. Just as soon as it hits SA Post Office, NOTHING is moving anymore for months. They are not competent enough to do the same job the rest of the world can do. Lets call it pathetic service, rest I can't write as it would get censored. I would be ashamed to say, I work for the Post Office..
