SA Post Office can't deliver

I have a package coming from China through EMS. EMS was exceptional. Getting my package to SA in 4days; however, SAPO has taken over a week to get my package from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth.

I've tried to call them multiple times with no answers. After about 20 calls I finally got through to someone who rudely gave me my tracking number and told me they won't know when it arrives and pretty much hung up on me. I'm pretty shocked at the service I've received and I am still waiting for the package to arrive. I check every single day and there is never any change apart from 'in transit'. I would never recommend the SAPO again.
