SA Post Office can **** you

Unisa posted serveral things that I have requested but to my disdain I have not received any.When I try to track them,some were last scanned at JHBNET,what am I to do because some of them are due to be returned as in like yesterday.Failure to return them on time will have financial implications.Are Post Office employees working?
