SA Post Office Call Centre not picking up calls

SA Post Office call centre (***) simply do not pick up calls. <br> <br> I have tried four times throughout today to get help with tracking a parcel (Online tracking doesn't show anything for the last 5 days for my parcel), held for over 15 minutes each time, listening to the same *****ic message repeated ad nauseum telling me how much the SAPO values my call, only to have my call dropped.<br> <br> What is going on? Are the SAPO staff on strike or are they just too lazy to actually pick up the calls, or too busy texting on their own personal mobile phones?
