SA Post office bull again1

I bought a parcel overseas in 2018 and when I try to track my parcel it was last scanned on 28th August 2018 with the comment "to customs" . I have tried calling every number i could find to trace my parcel and sent numerous emails and I've still not received any responses. in 2 days time it will be exactly a YEAR since my parcel was scanned and nothing after that! How poor is this service! I paid so much money and am still waiting a year later. I don't care about a backlog because no backlog should last an entire year. I would like to receive my parcel or get a refund from the post office. This is really ****py service!
