SA Post Office = Black Hole in Outer Space

It has now been more than two months that I have struggled to obtain a location on two international packages.

And then another 3rd on that was sent without a tracking number. (Was sent in January).

They don't respond via email or customer care line.

I am sick of this.

How can this not be classified as theft????
