SA Post Office - BEWARE

BEWARE !! I sent 2 parcels of samples through the Benmore Post Office to China on March 16 2023, costing R2,201.30 and R713.30 respectively and to date May 23 2023 these samples are still on route when checking on www..17track.net which I was told to do so When going to the Benmore Post Office to ask them if they have on their system where exactly my 2 parcels are all they can say is that it was fetched. This is totally unacceptable, and I advise not to send parcels with the Post Office
