SA Post Office Bad Service

I've been waiting for my parcel from Turkey since December 2020, my parcel left PTA on the 28th January, meaning it should've reached Rustenburg same day or next day, suddenly its no where to be found and can't trace it more and still no answer. I've been in and out of the local post still no answers. I went to Pretoria sorting center 2 months ago they advised that it's in Rustenburg, please assist
