SA Post Office -Bad customer service

The SA Post Office office hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. on Tuesday, Ms. MM Toolo assisted me at the Killarney mall PO, to renew my car disc. The customer is clearly not important as I was not even greeted! She proceeded to assist me and then I had to get my ID printed which I did. I returned at 4:36pm. I was the first person in the queue and waited to be attended to. There was about 6 other people waiting to be attended to. To my amazement she took out her cell phone, made herself comfortable and started doing something on her phone without even acknowledging me! The manager went to the DB board and suddenly she announced that the systems were now down so all the people in the queue will have to return the next day to finish their business. Ms. MM Toolo are you aware that we as customers actually pay your salary! Wake up and smell the coffee!!
