SA Post Office, are you there??

Been waiting on an International parcel, not found on their International tracking website. I then tried sending an email to their customer service with no response , I then tried calling them. I am not sure whether there is actually anyone in their call centre and on both occasions I held on for 27 and 30 minutes respectively and no answer on the other side!
