SA Post Office and Phoenix Depot(Anesh wants to meet and fight)

I received 2 certificates from oversees. The envelope was wet, squashed and torn and my certificates damaged. I have waited 2 months. When I called the Mount Edgecombe post office they told me to call the Depot in Phoenix. I spoke to Anesh who is the supervisor at the Depot in Phoenix(Durban) I explained to him that it clearly says “do not bend” on the envelope and they have damaged my certificates. There’s is a replacement fee of 500 per certificate which I should not cover for their negligence and incompetence. Anesh swore me and told him to meet him at Phoenix plaza and fight. How does the SA Post Office have such *********** people. The reviews are so poor because we have useless “supervisors” such as Anesh. There are plenty of people who are looking for jobs and who would be far capable at their job than Anesh. I am awaiting a response about replacing my damaged certificates.

It clearly says on the envelope “PLEASE DO NOT BEND” The procedure according to Mac or Mack at the Mount Edgecombe post office is that if it says “Do not bend” or it doesn’t fit in the post box it should be sent to the post office and the post office will notify the recipient to collect.

The Phoenix Depo chose to damage and shove the mail into my mailbox.
