SA Post Office - an enigmatic disgrace

On 6 February I started a weekly subscription to a UK scientific periodical from a highly reputable organization - presumably sent airmail. Today 3 months later, not a single issue has arrived. So, there are by now 13 issues "out there somewhere", and I guarantee they are still not in the UK. I shudder to think where they might be, if they still exist. The cost to me of 3 months subscription is over R700.
