SA Post Office absolutely useless

I have two international parcels from China that landed 2018-04-14, it's been with Customs since 2018-04-25.. I have emailed and spoke to ********** on 2018-06-05 and all she could reply was "scanned to ALBERTON post office on the 25-04-2018" Since then No response at all.

How *********** is the Post Office .? No Service.. No Customer Service..
