SA Post Office - a pathetic service

I have been waiting for a parcel sent from the Netherlands on 11 September 2021, which arrived in JHB on 16 September. We are now 26 November and still I have not received the parcel. numerous e-mails and phone calls to the JHB hub and Cape Town depot was made without any success. it was sent to Cape Town and from Cape town back to JHB and last scanned in JHB on 07/10/2021. but has not arrived in Cape Town yet. An absolutely pathetic service
