SA Post Office

I have ordered a shirt from the USA in 2021, it left the USA 27 November 2021. I received a notice for the first time from the SA Post Office on 26 May 2022 to collect the parcel at Pretoria North Branch, when I arrive there on 15 June 2022, I was inform that due to no collection, the parcel was returned in March 2022 already. How ineffective is the SA Post Office... Useless, please close it down.
