SA post office

A gift was sent to me from the United Stateswith the trackin number HH***US. it arrived JIMC on the 25th of June. Till now i haven't received my package yet, I have called several times and also sent a DM on twitter i was told they would get back to me, I still haven't heard anything from them or received the package, I really wonder what is going on, SA post office has the worst service ever, If i had know it would turn out like this i wouldn't had used the Post Office, I have been to JIMC twice but and they can't help either in looking for my package. I like 15mins from JIMC but still my package can't be sent to the nearest post office which is just 15 mins drive from JIMC, It's been 3 months now still i have not received my package, I really wonder why they will keep a package for 3 months when the recipient is just 15 mins away from JIMC. I have also gone to the nearest Post Office several times yet no help has been rendered to me. I really don't know what to do anymore at this time.
