SA Post Office

In this modern age of technology I'm trying, like I'm sure many are, to run a little online business. The problem is I have to post my items to clients and it takes forever for SA Post Office to get the job of posting done. A parcel to USA or Europe takes between 10 and 25 working days to deliver. This is not conducive to business. On two occasions I have used EMS. Express Mail Service which is by post officer courier and should take between 7 and 10 days for delivery. Following is my experience with EMS. Its nothing short of embarrassing. Tracking is not updated. Today is the 18th October 2019 and the last entry was on the 10th October. Emails to the post office customer care center do nothing to resolve the matter.
