SA post office

I posted a parcel with Sa post office on the 17 July 2023 to the Philippines my tracking number is CV***za the parcel is still stuck at Cape town Epping it's been 7 months now and nothing has been done.Im aware that the post office is under business rescue, but with so much patience I've waited so long ,I called there customer service office, just to be told everytime by the staff, they don't know when the parcels to Philippines will go or what's happening there no one in higher capacity you can contact.I paid for a service which nothing is happening for 7 months if they knew they under business rescue why take my money and not render the service.i know they can send it or make an exception,I don't want reimbur*****t bcos it so long now and people are still waiting on there goods.This is totally unacceptable & pathetic from post office.
