SA Post office

Its been more than a month till now i am not getting any reply from customer service or from the customer complain section as to where my package is. Its been more than 10 follow up done till now and no reply. If noone replies in next two days from SA Post office we are going to raise a Compaint in customer court against SA Post office for very poor communication and handling the parcels
