Sa Post Office????

OMW where to start. Its like shouting down a black hole of incompetence. No one answers the phone at customer care. The email address doesn't work. A pitty they have such a sence of job security that customer service is put last. Is it just a coincidence or is the SA Post office and Telkom competing to be the worst at service delivery?
