SA post office

Hi, my parcel ref RI ********** 53ZA has been handed over to SA post office on the 15/04/2019. That's over 1 month ago. The parcel tracking shows at Cape Mail hub, is it possible it can be collected there, I've tried calling numerous times with no answer, please advise, thank you....
