SA Post Office

Very unhappy. My brother sent a overnight registered letter to me at the end of October 2018. I have still not received it. It has been lying at the Witpos (HUB) since the 2nd of November. If you call their Customer line. You hang on for dear life. I have sent countless e-mail and have not received a single reply to my query. This is a urgent letter and I am at my wits end to know what happened to it.
