S.A. Post office

I got a tracking number, because we ordered something from overseas. We found out that it was at a Joburg post office since the 18 August 2018. It is now 16th October. It is still lying there according to the tracking number when I phoned. I sent customer service a email. 2 weeks ago, as yet no response. Nothing to say they received email and are looking into the problem. NOTHING. REGARDS RAYMOND THOMAS.
