SA Post Office

My parcel has been in the country since 18 April and yet no one form the post office has responded to my multiple emails to track it or try and locate it. Having sent 3 emails in the last two weeks with no response, called but no one picks up and I have even sent complaints on social media that have not been attended to, I'm fed up with the disgusting service I've received. These parcels actually cost money and them not being delivered means hard earned money down the drain. It's bull**** that a simple complaint or query can't even get a response
