SA Post Office

SA Post Office. Had a post box in Gansbaai. Returned my key and waiting for my key deposit. That was in end January. Still not received..... They say that it has come from Pretoria???????.......4 months. It is only R30 but it's the principal. *******ion?? Are we not trying to stop it?? Pathetic service
