SA Post Office

During December and January I posted 2 parcels with baby and toddler clothes to my grandchildren in Minnesota, USA. After numerous times i phoned thd post office to complain about their promiss to ship it and 14 weeks of delivery. They told me they do not hsve money to pay their supplier so they could not promisd snything. In the 3rd week of March i requested them to send it back because my 3rd grandchild is due end of April and the onecies has to be in time. I paid just under a R1000 to thepost office. On my request to refund me for i had to send it again through Postnet in Robertson and pay again. I requested a refund on which they told me they cannot do that. So i am thinking they stole from charging me money and not been able to commit to their promise. I sent quite a few emails but after i received my parcels back from Cape Town they did not reply on any of that emails.
