If you want to contact a NON-INDUSTRY - this is it – the South African Post Office!

Service is terrible, in fact non-existent - Post office’s work with cash :-( Can they be trusted, I wonder if they can.) They can't be trusted with parcels?

China shipped parcels to South Africa in November 2019 which can be tracked every step of the way until it arrives in South Africa.

Tracking shown parcels arrived in SA according to China tracking information.

Try and track it in our own country? Well let me tell you this is a dark place to be in - Not able to track - goes into a BLACK HOLE!

Post office does not reply to mailsa\ and can’t be reached, no one answers the telephone, recording does their job for them, which is doing nothing at all! Then why pay them?

I call for an alternative postal service - Privatise it! Maybe a more responsible party should take ownership of it, LIKE CHINA.
