SA Post Offfice: Forever Stick in Transit

So this review has to do with our less than efficient Postal Service. My wife bought a couple of wigs from a Chinese company called 'Light in the Box'. Before the purchase, I checked their credentials and apart from a couple of instances where the delivery was delayed for a week or 2 everything seemed fine. The purchase was completed on 18 January 2022 and tracking information (RV***CN) indicates that it went through all the normal procedures until it got stuck 'In Transit' at the JIMC A on the 15th of March 2022 where it still (presumably) is. Inquiries at out local Post Office (Valhalla 0185) ony solicits the reply that 'we must come back next week' and it is impossible to contact the JIMC telephonically. Any assistance to clear up the matter will be appreciated.
