SA Post offfice

This review is not for the post office but for one individual lady working for SA post office. After weeks of following up on my international parcel that I knew was already in the Durban mail section and almost giving up on receiving it on time. I crossed paths with an exceptional employee Ms Nonhlanhla Sithole in the Customer Service department. She understood my need to get my parcel as fast as possible not like the 10 other staff members giving me the same sad story about a back log. She calmed me down and took exceptional measures to assist me, she went and got my parcel and followed it up until l received it. I wish that the SA post office can have more of these exceptional people working there and assisting client. Nonhlanhla I have no way to really thank you, but from the Bottom off my heart THANK YOU. You are an amazing person and a true example to your colleagues
