SA POST - NOTHING HAPPENS !!!

Sent a parcel off from Wandsbeck - 10 October - airfreight to UK. Small parcel just over 1kg. Then as suggested by SA Post Office - I downloaded their app so I could track my parcel. It got as far as the 16th - Oct - Sorting Scan at DURMAIL - and no further! Have tired phoning 30mins later no answer because all their lines are busy. Emails ! What a joke - never answered!! I dont believe anyone mans the phones or emails - it's a bottemless pit of nothing happening and no communication! ... and please don't blame it on Covid!!
