Sa Post is the worst

Id like to share my disappointment and disgust for Sa post, since November their Ansfrer branch has been closed without notice due to not paying rent, i had ordered gifts overseas and they are stuck there now and noone can give me an answer as to when i will be able to collect,even after calling all their numbers... I had to buy new gifts because i couldn't go home without anything, imagine going home with no gifts and saying the post office is closed? They could have just fwdd the mail to the nearest post office to show some respect for their clients, but seems like they are more interested in giving out Sassa cards n not deal with the mail itself. How can a post office close because of non payment of rent? I dont understand it and i dont want to all i want is my packages, they cost me so much money for them to tell ne (they dont know when it will be open)
