SA post and Meyersdal post is so unprofessional

I called the costumer care and they informed me my package was sent to Meyersdal post office on the 14-May-2018 (RI ********** 66ZA) but when I tracked it says it’s in Germiston hub and when I called the Meyersdal post office they informed me there is no parcel that have reached them .

It’s not the first time the way Meyersdal post office maintain their parcel is a very bad . U can see parcels lying all over the place they don’t even know where to find it
