SA Port Office Bisho

I bought something from AliExpress and they gave me order number and sent me an email that my order is ready to be collected at SA Post Office in Bhisho. Now when I get there they said they are looking for it but still nothing after some time they said the system is down I asked them to check the receiving book that they write in when they receive something they did not. It's not the first time I receive this kind of treatment of that Post Office and last time I didn't receive my parcel up until now it was years back, I can't let them do this again because it becomes a norm to them to ***** people's goods. The lady that was giving me all this is Nomsa Batala she's sooo impatient with people. Please help I want my parcel as I will use it this sat. Thank you.
