SA Jimc c ems post service

I am waiting on a parcel from SA it was picked up on the 3 June 2020 and on the 18July it said it is with JIMC C and no update again from the 18July its been more than 2 months and no update they said it will be with me within 8 weeks from 3 june 2020 but its 8 Aug 2020 and stil stuck at JIMC C Looks like they dont want to work or awnser calls but the delivery its been paid for but no service
