S A Post Office - Terrible Service

No service, no communication, zilch I sent a parcel on 17/10/2019 and on 31/10/2019 reached Johannesburg Incoming Mail Centre and it is still there. Nobody can tell me why the delay and what is going on. I wish DHL was not so expensive, and I would never use the Post Office.
