S.A Post Office swiped my parcel with papers and plastics

<p>On the 30th November 2016 i send a parcel through counter to counter courier from Bedfordview post office to Groblersdal Post office. Suzen Manyaka (teller) volunteered to help me with the packaing whilst i was busy completing the waybill. i asked her to also complete the courier bag for incase the waybill will be lost and she said she doesnt have time anymore because they will collect the parcels in 10 min. i suspected that the other parcel was not sealed and i asked her to staple it and she doent have time she still need to package all the parcels. Yesterday on the 1st of December my friend send me a picture that she received her package (gift) suprisingly when she arrive at the office she found papers and plastics in the package. she send me picture and i rushed to Bedfordvies Post Office to report the incident to the branch manager and she said if the parcel was not insured i will be waisting my time by reporting the matter to the police. i told her that they deliberately ***** people staff knowing that they are insured. please help me </p>
