S.A.P.O. what a joke

I have ordered a parcel via eBay and have not received it as to date.<br> Started tracking the parcel and it was scanned in at jhb on the 12th of jan 2015, and dispatched on the 23rd of jan 2015, now how long do they drive/fly down from jhb to cape town?<br> Every time I call Jackie's direct number and several other people(all very helpful) I get the same answer, I really don't want to hear when it left jhb, what I want to know is when is it going to be delivered to me?<br> Always thought if you pay for a service with a leading company like S.A.P.O. you will receive the service you payed for!
