Good day

Please note that I am highly upset with the service from the SAPO. I have been tracking my parcel for weeks now and every time I call no one can pick it up on the system! I am quite annoyed as I called your customer service helpline and I was told that it should have been delivered yesterday or today. I have called all 5 post offices in Benoni and no one has a clue where my parcel is! THEY CANT EVEN TRACK IT!

I need these documents urgently, please revert back to me with feedback as soon as possible!
