RUDENESS / TAKING TO LONG

Good day. I write the review in utter disappointment. One of my friends sended me a parcel on the 5th of July 2018 from Calvinia. I have tracked my parcel via the tracking number provided on the internet. The latest results show the the parcel indeed in Upington. The lady that helped me at the post office was very rude to me. I am aware that there were a strike regarding the post office. But according to the tracking number the parcel is in upington. Why is it so difficult for them to get the parcel at the post office?

I am requesting feedback on this matter. Thank you.
