Rude Treatment by Post Office Staff Member

Dear Post Office Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received from a staff member at the Westgate Post Office. On 04/01/2025 I visited the Post Office to renew my disc and encountered a staff member who was extremely rude.

While filling out a form, I borrowed a pen from an elderly lady next to me. The staff member, who was handling document certification at the first counter, noticed this and made a series of disparaging remarks about the pen and me. She questioned why I didn't have my own pen, implying that I was unprofessional.

Her behavior was unacceptable, and I believe she does not deserve to be in a customer-facing role. As a representative of the Post Office, it is essential to treat customers with respect and dignity.

I hope you will address this issue and ensure that your staff members provide better service to customers.
