Rude teller!!!!!!
I give this place a 0 star rating as they have no idea how to work with clients. You stand there for 35 minutes and you are the next person in the row to be helped, so this teller's friend is in the wrong row and now suddenly needs to be helped before me in the row where I was standing. I told them they can wait as I was waiting there in the row the whole time. The teller helps his friend before even asking me if he can assist because helping his friend first is more important than any other client in the post office. That is when I completely lost myself and I was swearing and screaming. I feel that this guy working at the post office should seriously learn how to work with clients because you help the person that has been standing in that row first, not your buddy that was standing in the wrong row before the person that was standing in the correct row.
I would NEVER suggest that anyone EVER go there if you need something done. You won't be helped until this teller helped all of his friends first because he doesn't give a **** about the rest of the people standing there.
Even when his buddies started talking **** to me in their language, he didn't care. Him and his friends thought this was a HUGE joke because I am a white lady so they can do and say whatever the hell they feel like.
I don't know what the employees name is .
When I asked for a manager, he was laughing and refused to call a manager.
Who ever the manager is at that branch, please send your employees for training on how to work with clients because he has NO idea and he doesn't care.
