Rude service from Post Office Olievenhoutbosch

I went to go withdraw money from the Post Office in Olievenhoutbosch.. I waited from till 11:30, i usually don't have a problem with the employees there they always willing to help and are never rude but today Wednesday 13th of January 2021 there was this very rude lady who couldn't even explain properly why she couldnt help me. And worst part us that I'm 8 months pregnant. This matter needs to be resolved immediately. She does not know how to speak to people
