Rude service at southway mall post office

For starters I have a parcel I ordered last year June I have not yet received, I went to the southway mall branch only for the branch manager to be rude to me. I have not received the slip as yet and also for my recent order I lost my slip she said that she can't help I was wait for my final notice which can take 2 weeks from now. She said they have alot of parcels which they don't, she's extremely rude I don't know why she didn't want to look for me. I want my orders ASAP!!! URGENTLY ASSIST *** I'm very annoyed
