RUDE OLD POST OFFICE LADY

Hi, i went to the Randburg branch to renew my license disc on 23/03/2019 and was helped by Miss Lebasa. Unfortunately the system wouldn't print my disc as maybe it was the weekend. She suggested I come back the following Monday as I had already paid the renewal plus traffic fine.

Cometh the Monday, she is not there. Instead, I'm welcome by a rude old African woman (Portia T Mnisi). First, she made me rewrite the whole application without explaining why I had to do it. Secondly, once I got to her I asked if I'll need my license present as I'd left it on the car. Her response was unfriendly as I'd suggested she proceed with the renewal and I'll quickly run to the car and fetch it.

In short, she has bad customer service, incompetence and no willing to understand queries.

I'd strongly recommend anyone from not renewing at her desk if she is present, you will regret it.
