Rude consultants

The consultants at the Tyger valley branch in cape town were very rude and unprofessional. I was advised of a different price from the initial one. The first consultant moved us to another till without proper explanation. I simply asked how long the process will take and the second consultant told me that I need to be patient in a sarcastic tone, and she told me that she is also doing me a favor because she is on lunch. I advised her that I am a paying customer, and I didn't like her attitude. She called her manager and **** that me and my friend were rude to her and her colleague, when all we did was ask valid questions and they were uninterested in assisting us. The manager apologized but the consultants did not apologies even though their superior was trying to address the matter. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I wanted to cancel my delivery, but I had limited time. There are so many other courier companies that provide the same service that I could have gone too but to be treated like that was uncalled for and I would like something to be done about it.
